2. Can I set up the spa on a concrete patio?
Yes, but a ground cloth is highly recommended. Do not drag the liner across the concrete as abrasions may cause holes. The surface must be smooth, level, stable and free of any sharp objects.

3. Can the spa be left up year-round?
| It depends on where you live. It is not recommended to keep your spa on if your temperature falls lower than 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The spa may freeze and cracking may occur. spa can not withstand the weight of ice and snow. You ‘d better store the spa when you do not mean to use it for a long time. |

| 5. Does my spa carry a factory warranty? |
| Yes. We warrant s pa against defects in materials and workmanship under proper use and service, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for the original owner only for the spa liner and 12 months for the electric parts of the spa. Our service center will accept the return of any factory defectives if you return the item within first 90 days from the date of original purchase. The product must be returned to our service center along with a copy of the dated sales receipt and a filled Warranty Card (included in our packaging) explaining the reason for the return. It is suggested that you ship the product to our service center using a traceable shipping method. We will not be responsible for products lost in transit. The consumer is responsible for the shipping cost to our Service Center. |

| 6. Does the spa liner require any special care to ensure durability? |
| Keep sharp objects out of the spa or from underneath of the spa. Maintain proper PH levels and keep the spa sanitary and clean. |

| 7. How to prevent dirt and grime from getting into the spa water? |
| Use the top lid to keep your spa covered when not in use. This will help keep wind and other elements from depositing dirt and debris in your spa, It will also prevent excess rainwater from overfilling your spa. |

| 8. How to protect the spa from damaging grass or fungi developing on the concrete? |
| It is not possible to prevent grass or lawn damage under the spa. Keep this in mind when selecting your site for set up. Keep the grass and concrete as dry as possible by mopping up excess splashed water after each use to minimize fungal growth. |

| 9. How do UV rays affect the materials that comprise the spa? |
| All PVC's degrade over prolonged exposure to excessive sunlight. Our spas are manufactured with UV inhibitors to delay the degradation caused by sunlight. |

| We recommend that you fill the water to the water line, which is printed in the inside spa pool wall. Make sure that filled water surface should not surpass or lower than the waterline. |

| 11. How long does it take to fill the spa with water? |
| 10 min or more time, depending on hose size, and water pressure. Remember to observe the initial filling of the spa for several minutes in order to make sure that the spa is well setup and the bottom is flat |

| 12. How many seasons should the spa last? |
| Depends on usage, maintenance and care. Consistent maintenance and proper storage of your spa in the off-season will prolong its life. Warranty on the spa liner is maximum 6 months after the date of purchase. |

| 13. How much air should I inflate the spa? |
| Inflate until the spa become stable with approx 85% capacity only. An over- inflated spa may burst or lead to leaks in the seam after being heated by the sun or filled with water. Always remember to use the attached pressure gauge to test and adjust the air pressure of the spa pool to a suitable status (make sure the pin points within the green area). |

| 14. How often should the water be changed? |
| This figure may vary depending on usage and chemical balance. If properly filtered and chemically balanced, water should last through a summer season. You can reduce the need for water changes by keeping your spa covered when not in use, testing the water regularly to ensure proper chemical balance, operating the pump for an adequate number of hours each day, keeping the filter pump cartridge clean, and replacing the cartridge when needed. |

| 15. Does law require a fence or enclosure? |
| Some cities and towns require owners of certain types of spas, based on size and depth to fence in their property. Check your city ordinance. |

| 17. Is it safe for pets to play in the spa? |
| No. Dogs, cats and all other household pets should be kept away from the spa to avoid being trapped inside. This is also to protect the structural integrity of the spa. (There is a risk of the sidewalls and inflatable ring becoming punctured by pet claws and teeth). |

| 18. Is there a repair patch enclosed for liner repair? |
| No. only the repair swatch is included in the package. For safety purpose the glue is not included in the package. Consumers can ask for the glues from the service center. Small tears or holes can be repaired with the enclosed repair patch. Surface should be dry before affixing the patch. |

| 19. How often should I test my spa water? |
| You should test your water each time you use the spa. Just use the attached test strip in the package, you can have an easy test of the water inside the spa pool. Always test for pH, alkalinity and for the sanitizer you are using (chlorine or bromine). Keeping the pH and alkalinity in the proper ranges allow your chemicals to work effectively and will lengthen the life of your jets, pumps and heater. If you are new to water chemistry, you should test the sanitizer level before every use. This will prevent any bacteria growth and will keep your spa completely safe and sanitary. |

| 20. Should I install my spa indoor or outdoor? |
| Each location has its pros and cons. Outdoor installations may compromise some of your privacy, but you can add screens, shrubbery or fencing to minimize peering eyes. The outside weather can be a deterring factor, although many people absolutely love the experience of lounging in bubbling hot water while a light rain or snowflakes are falling! It can be exhilarating. Awnings can be built to shelter the effects of weather. It should be noted for those of you who have not experienced it, hot water raises your body's core temperature, so you will normally not feel cold even when exiting a hot tub outdoors in the dead of winter. Inside installations will add humidity to the air in your home. It is imperative that proper ventilation be maintained to control this moisture and to prevent mildew and other damage. If you decide on an inside installation, be sure to take into account the draining and filling of the unit. There are two other important questions: will it fit through your doorway? Is your flooring strength adequate? Keep in mind that a typical 4-person spa weighs about 2500 pounds filled with water. On the plus side, you will have privacy and convenience. Your unit and cover will also be fully protected from the weather. |

| The base or bottom of the spa is not laid out flat (without wrinkles). The spa pool liner and cover must be extended evenly around when the spa is filled with water. |

| NO. You should never mix Chlorine and Bromine sanitizing products. This is very dangerous. If you are a Chlorine user and want to switch to Bromine, or vice versa, you must drain and refill your spa. |

| 23. There is a strong chemical odor and my skin is irritated when I bath. What should I do? |
| Your spa contains a high concentration of Chloramines. You should drain your spa and fill it with fresh water |

| 25. How often should I wash or change the filter cartridge? |
| It depends on both how often you use the spa and how the water quality is. Filter cartridge can be rinsed by the hose after its working for 1-2 weeks. If the filter cartridge remains to be soiled and discolored, the filter cartridge should then be replaced. |

| 26. Can I use the spa during cold weather? How to use? |
Yes, you can use the spa during cold weather. By following these ways you can have an efficient use,

After about an inch of water is accumulated, and the water is not spreading out evenly, or the spa appears to be bulging to one side, stop filling the spa, drain the water, and select a new site. If the spa is set up on a slope, the spa will be lopsided and could collapse. Never set up the spa on slope ground. |

| The spa can be set up on grass or pavement that is completely smooth, level and stable. A ground cloth or tarp is recommended. The spa should NOT be set up on sand or muddy ground that could possibly shift. |

| That means you can’t cut off the cord and connect the cord together by yourself, which may cause to the potential danger. For the filter pump, you can use the complete extension cord with plug and outlet. For the heater, you need to check whether the extension cord fit 3KW electrical accessories. |

| 36. Is the heater defective if the heater button does not light up? |
| No, the reason might be the set temperature is lower than the water temperature. |

| 37. Why does the spa stop working for a couple of minutes? |
It is normal, as our spa is designed to have the automatic stop function.
For all bubble spas, it will stop after half an hours’ bubble Function for 10 minutes and will then restart automatically.
For heater of all models of Mspa, it will stop once the actual water temperature has reached the setting one. This will leave only the heater button on. The filter button will go out. Once the actual water temperature is 2F less than the setting one, it will restart and at the same time, filter button will light up. |

| 38. Why is the filter function activated at the same time I press the heater Button? |
| It is normal. The filter function is always on when the heater function is on. You may keep the filter function by pressing the Filter button only. Once the water temperature inside the spa pool reaches the setting one, the light of filter button will go out while the light of the heater button is still on. It is normal. |

| 39. How to get a better heat increasing result for the water inside the spa pool? |
| We strongly recommend that the inflatable bladder should be placed onto the spa pool and the top lid be well zippered when the heater function is on to prevent the heat loss. |

| 40. What is wrong when the Led display screen indicate “SH” |
The water inside the spa is So Hot. The temperature of the water is more than 42℃
The following reasons may cause the above result
1. Tolerance of the indication on control panel.
2. Hot water was filled to the spa.
3. The prongs inside the connector are either wet or bent |
